• Check condition of cargo prior to loading/ discharge. If found any damage and/or sign of shifting or movement, we have to record and issue Notice / Note of Protest to the vessel.

• Review Mate’s Receipt, Cargo Exception List and/or Loading Survey Report.

2. Loading / Discharge: Check condition / SWL of crane, Lifting equipment, Trailer chassis and Lashing equipment.

Project site inspection survey
